1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between natural or legal persons (“User”) using the website www.burcfal.com.tr (“Site”) and www.burcfal.com.tr (“Provider”), which operates and manages the Site.
2. Subject matter of the contract
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the User regarding the use of the Site, the scope of the services offered on the Site and the provisions regarding the operation of the Site.

These services help the User to learn about his/her future through various methods such as horoscopes, tarot horoscopes, coffee horoscopes.
4. Nature of Service

The Provider declares that the service is not based on a scientific basis and is not conclusive.
5. Rights and Obligations of the User
The User has the following rights and obligations when using the Site:
- To use the Website in accordance with the applicable legislation and general rules of morality.

- Not to violate the rights and property rights of the Provider.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
The Provider is obliged to provide the services offered on the Site with care and diligence.
The Provider is obliged to refund the User if the service is defective.
However, no refund will be made in cases such as dissatisfaction with the service.

8. Fee Refund
The Provider is obliged to refund the User if the service is defective.
The refund shall not be made in case the User is not satisfied with the service.

10. Termination of the Contract
This agreement may be terminated in case of any breach by the User or the Provider.
11. Competent Court
Disputes arising from this agreement, KDZ Ereğli Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
12. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
13. Enforcement
This agreement enters into force upon the User’s first use of the Site.
14. Additional Provisions
Matters not covered in this agreement shall be determined according to the mutual agreements of the parties and the provisions of the legislation in force.
15. Additional Information
The Provider is constantly improving the Site and adding new features.
Therefore, it reserves the right to make changes to the provisions contained in the Agreement.
